We utilize Barcode Scanning for all our crate deliveries. Each crate is given a barcode with a part#, PO#, BOL#, and crate#. This allows us to track each individually crate. Each crate is then scanned onto a trailer so we can ensure accurate deliveries.
Also we are Heat Treat - ISPM 15 certified for export pallets.
We use Pallet Connect as our warehouse management system. Which helps us with our order management, invoicing, order tracking, purchase orders, inventory, trailer tracking, and driver scheduling. Pallet Connect allows us to use Electronic BOL’s. Each driver has their own iPad or Tablet, which allows them to notify the customer when the load is dispatched. At the delivery the driver will have customer sign an electronic BOL’s that will be emailed to the customer. After BOL is signed an invoice will be emailed to the customers accounting department.
Quickbooks is used for our accounting purposes.
